Our wonderful dancers, Grace and Amira, will be performing in The Gang Show at the Landmark Theatre, Ilfracombe, during half-term! 🏕️✨ Since September, they've been rehearsing with an amazing cast of Guides, Brownies, Cubs, and Scouts, perfecting their routines and preparing for an unforgettable show. Now, the stage is set, and the countdown to opening night has begun! 💃🎶

🎭 What Is 'The Gang Show'? 🤩
The Gang Show is a long-running tradition in Scouting and Guiding, with performances taking place in towns and cities across the country. First created in 1932 by Ralph Reader, a theatre producer and Scout leader, it began as a small fundraiser and quickly grew into a national phenomenon. 🎶🎤
These shows are full of music, dance, comedy, and sketches, performed by Scouts, Guides, Cubs, and Brownies who work tirelessly to put on a professional-quality performance. Many famous faces, including Sir Bruce Forsyth and Peter Duncan, started their careers in The Gang Show, making it a fantastic stepping stone for young performers! 🌟
